READ THE FINE PRINT! And be prepared to live with whatever you buy (unless your credit card can dispute problems) as Mobstub does not do returns. I will say that the two products I ordered arrived quickly and that so far, one of the two I ordered seems to be working OK. The first item did not work with my phone and they would not take it back. I went by the picture, which looked like my phone, and the description, which sounded like it would work fine. Their ad does say that it won't work with the iPhone 5 (if you read everything on the page) but somehow I missed that, so my bad. (Seriously: READ THE FINE PRINT!) Still, sfcable.com has some of the same products and will price match with a 100% guarantee. I'd rather pay more and deal with a company that cares that I'm satisfied with their products and services.

My original review was mostly a note-to-self to never buy non-returnable goods no matter how great the offer sounds. I didn't care for the feel of the fabric and the top did not fit as I would have liked. I received an immediate response from OpenSky noting that they had changed their return policy and offered to return an item I had purchased. They gave me a phone number and alternate way to contact them, and getting in touch was easy. The woman I spoke to (Tiffany) was extremely friendly and helpful and within a few minutes, I had a return label. I was told that the entire purchase would be refunded. As a P.S. to the company, I would suggest including product reviews and, if possible, sizing guides to help consumers get a better sense of what we're getting, and also to guarantee a refund or exchange within a reasonable time if the product does not turn out or fit as expected. In the meantime, thanks for stepping up. UPDATE 9/2: Checking my bank statement and I see that they did refund $15.64 of the original $22.97 I paid. So... nope! I wouldn't call getting 68% back a "FULL refund." The $7.33 this fiasco cost me was a cheap lesson and cost them one of the original 2 stars I gave them. (I almost NEVER bother with a bad review, but what I thought was an ethical step in the right direction almost feels worse than the original "no returns" GOTCHA policy.) Meh. I'm done.

We actually made some significant changes to our return policy yesterday and may be able to assist you with a return if you still have the product.
