I really used to like them, altho their clothes aren't always the best deal. I also liked being able to send in a bag as I was decluttering my closet. However, this last time was ridiculous! I sent in about 16 items with half of them with tags still on (Bebe, VS Pink, etc,) and relatively new due to a weight loss and my total was 1.00. The other items were put "on consignment," with an expectation of about $10! I would have been better off either donating or selling at Platos Closet. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth & I will no longer shop there. Very disappointed.
