LaMarcus Massey serviced a Samsung washing machine that really was a challenge. Our Samsung front load washers was only 7 years old but a part on it just basically rotted out. Words of advice. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG! But LaMarcus replaced the junk part that was original to Samsung and the machine is working better than ever. Try him. He's very knowledgeable, very good price and professional. Thanks, LaMarcus. Also we have had awesome luck with Thumbtack. It's so easy getting repairs done now.
