Product ordered a month ago still hasn't arrived, with poor excuse provided of "expect 14 - 30 days", which is absolute rubbish - I frequently recieve packages from the USA within 3-5 days of ordering (eg Strawberrynet.com - fabulous!). Not only have I not received my initial order, but they have just repeated the order and charged my credit card again - definitely not impressed - can't provide photos because I haven't actually received anything from them, despite total credit card charges of $650.
