I bought a Nike cap last month and it was shipped to the wrong address. The address on the package is incorrect, but the receipt shows my address. The person who received it was kind enough to tell me they have my package. Unfortunately, they paid for the package. Told them I paid using my debit card and will not pay them for the item.
I reached out to ZALORA support team and nobody can give me a resolution. They promised to assist me, but no follow up on the issue.
I know the cost of the item is not much, but it's still my freaking money.
