I have bought from here a lot, and I have never had any complaints. They mainly sell anime figures, but also sell goods and clothing. I mostly buy used figures from their store at a (surprisingly) low price. Their harsh grading system on second-hand figures/goods is great, one dent on the box? Down to a B.
