I placed an order with this company because they had good comments on their fb page from happy customers. I ordered a pre sale product that I didn't notice was pre sale so I didn't get them in time for a special occasion. That was my fault. But I never received any updates by email so from time to time I would message them for an update. Every time they were still waiting. Ok fine I waited. Then they said when the item would shipped out. It didn't. Then I messaged again and they said the item was delayed. So at this point a month later I'm frustrated because the item still hasn't shipped by the date they told me. So I complained about the wait and told them what an inconvenience it had been. The customer service rep Teresa was so condescending. She spoke down to me and even mocked me in her return message by basically saying how she's sorry I was inconvenienced for my lash emergency and since I was upset she cancelled my order and sent me a refund. I told her several times that since I had already waited this long that I would rather wait on my order but no. Since I complained about the delay and her bad customer service she cancelled my order anyways with out my permission because they didn't want to risk me getting my order and still being unhappy and ask for a refund. It was the most ridiculous customer service interaction I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would for bad customer service and also never receiving my order because they took it upon themselves to cancel it. It's extremely rare for me to ever complain about anything I've ordered and I do all of my shopping online but I've never received customer service this bad before. Also if you read any other negative reviews pay attention to what the company says inTheir reply. They sneak in little digs when they can because again bad customer service. Unbelievable!
