Worst customer service. Blames the consumer. I never received the order I called and after 2 hours I was able to speak to Jeremy. He was very quick to blame the recipient for why the package was not received. He became too familiar in his interaction with me and very insulting. I believe it is the responsibility of any good business to make sure your customer have a pleasant experience so that you can have repeat business. I did not and they not only lost my business but I will make sure I let everyone I can to stay away and give someone else a try. While talking to Jeremy and asking about the company I learned that the company as a whole is a small operation without the resources to be of much service to the consumer once an order is made. That does not work for me as a consumer. Hard pass on this company.
