“Rip-off”

10 minutes before my deadline I had to ask them if I was getting the essay. They assured me I would have it on time. 5 minutes before the deadline they told me they were sorry but they didn't have an essay for me. They would not refund my money even though I received no essay at all. They said they would give me store credit? Why would I buy from them again? I had to do a dispute through my credit card company. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
