Hover board worked for 1 day, has been sitting and waiting for shipping label to send it back. As of right now it has been 2 months since we first contact them about the issue. Still no shipping label. WHY IS THIS SUCH A HARD TASK? No customer support phone line to talk directly to them about when we will receive a simple email with the shipping label. 1 star is the lowest you can rate a company. An i don't see any good reports, more than a 2 star.
