Well If you get the correct item then good, but if do not things change a lot. I am going to cut and past from the email from them.

Thank you for your email and order 71###.
We truly understand how frustrated you are and feel terribly sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
In this case how about we refund you 45USD and you keep the wrong one?

11 days later and many email I had to go through PayPal for help, that is still on going.
I told them in every email to send me a prepay ed return label and I would ship it back.
Now they want me to pay to ship it back. Not going to happen.
They have no interest in getting me the correct item.

So to date 5 items ordered 2 item wrong no help from banggood customer service.
If you get the correct item all good.
If do not well you are in for battle or banggoods will want you to pay for their mistake.

Dhgates is not checking the companies on their sight. The scam goes like this the seller list items they do not have I do not think they have any items at all. They send out a post card so they can get a tracking number so it look like something was shipped. The number goes to a random address in the US. They then attempt to collect your money. If you dispute the item because WELL NO ITEM WAS EVER SENT. They give you back some money less 7 to 10 dollar so DHgates see them working with you. Well they just made 7-10 dollar on a postcard sent to random address. All they need is a computer and a number of sights on dhgates and they are making money with not a single item sold.

DHgates has no intention to fix this problem. They say sorry but that is it. Sorry does not fix the scams on their sight even better they give them ratings that make them look OK. Sorry I can no longer trust item on their sight.

I ordered bags for my company. I ordered the item with a 45 day lead time so I could have them for my next show. They shipped them to me with the wrong logo. I returned the bags. They want me to pay to rush the order. When I said I would not they said the bags I need are out of stock. I will not have my bags for a month.
I will not be using them again.

Tip for consumers:
Get a proof even if you ordered from them before. Look around they are not the only fast shippers of the items they have. They up charge for service.
