I purchased three scooter batteries from Battery Jack Inc., two did not fit and one was a leaker.
I used the sites pull down menu to order the batteries.
Per their site and in the documentation received with the batteries their number one goal is customer satisfaction (it is not, by the way).
I was told the pull down menu may not be accurate and the only way they could ensure that I ordered correctly was by talking to a salesperson ( this along is a scary thought in today's e-commerce world).
They still owe me $47.01 and I have written dozens of emails that only replied to with misstatements and half-truths.
Please, I beg you... take your business somewhere else!
Tip for consumers:
Battery Jack Inc will not refund purchase prices or return shipping unless you order from a live person, do not use the sites pull down menu as they have been wrong 66,66% of the time
