We ordered a part for our Samsung refrigerator. Waited ten days for it to arrive. When part arrived via UPS, flimsy box was crushed. They had no protective padding in the box whatsoever. The part they delivered was in a plastic bag with the correct part number on it. The part itself was the wrong part and did not appear to be new. We did send an email to the company and are awaiting a response. Either way the part is going back and we will expect a full refund. We will take our business elsewhere even if it will cost us more. Hard to believe a company in this day and age can operate like this.
