I discovered Xtend life products 3 years ago and have to say they are the only vitamins I can take on a empty stomach without feeling sick or burping them up. Besides all the energy, alertness and sense of well being I experience I don't go a day without the mens premium, Kiwi cleanse, omega 3, bone support and joint support. It's like eating food thats good for me. I run a 10 to 12 hour day and am able to keep pace and pass my 40 year old coworker. They help me to rest and sleep well and jump out of bed in the morning ready for a new day.
