I bought high end shower gel from Vitabath. It was great product if you used it quickly, however, after a year or so, my vitabath shower gel separated, forming a dark brown oil. I wrote and called Vitabath, and they would not allow me to return the product or work with me to resolve the issue. They said they would have a manager call me, but did not. I consider Vitabath a poor customer service company and have decided to use other products.

Disappointing company. Sent most of product with less than 90 days dating remaining, compared to typical dating of 9-12 months. Split order into three orders because they were out of product. These orders were filled with product less than 90 days of shelf life. They must be buying distressed product. Would not recommend or use them ever again.
