We had an aeweful experience with siopa.com and they are practically scam artists. I ordered a Belleek set and it didnt arrive to me here in New Jersey until two weeks later. When I did get the package it was the wrong order completely, as if they just put in different pieces to match the set I ordered, how could someone not notice? I politely asked if I could return the items and they said it was past the receipt date, no kidding you shipped it to me 2 weeks late and I had the tracking number to prove it. After 5 phone calls now they seem to be ignoring me so I am going to my credit card company to get a chargeback. Unneeded headache and they feel protected because they are based overseas.
