“Namecheap won't let me out of my domain name”

I paid for 8 different new domain names with namecheap. When I tried to log in, I couldn't. Their tech line claimed they couldn't find my account. But they auto renewed all 8 domains. They still claim they can't find my account. VISA wouldn't resund me and won't even block Namecheap from renewing again! Feel free to call me at *******060. I am just a small time entrepreneur hopeful and can't afford to get ripped off like this.
