Ordered and received mostly dead plants. Bare root plants were just a stick with no roots. Ordered using a "replacement certificate" and the shipment was split in two. Amounts did not add up to the certificate value. Called and they kept telling me I used it all but the numbers didn't add up and they couldn't understand that. Was issued a replacement certificate for 2 more plants, ordered using that and my AmEx for the remainder. AmEx was charged but the order didn't show up on their site. Called in and the lady told me there was no order but one of the plants I ordered was no longer in my cart. Offended her horribly by using the word damn in a sentence expressing my frustration. Asked for a supervisor and he kept telling me I did something wrong when ordering. If I didn't complete the order, how did my AmEx get charged? First attempt this year at ordering plants online, now my local nursery will have ALL my business. NEVER order anything from SpringHill Nurseries or their associated companies!

Tip for consumers:
Shipping is 5-10 days from when it ships, which one of my orders was pushed back two weeks every two weeks for about 3 months. STAY AWAY!

I purchased 5 of these to get the price break. Gave one to a friend, put one in my car, and one in my RV, gave one to my daughter. The one in my car: The magnet part came off, I couldn't find any screw, and had to Gorilla Glue it back on. My friend's: Same problem. My RV: Held for about a month then would fall every time I hit a bump. Had to move magnet to outside of thin case and worked better. Then the stem broke to where it can't be fixed. My daughter's: Hasn't used hers yet. The extra: Probably be thrown in the trash.

Sent Customer Support a message and a picture. Reply was if it is inside the 90 days, they will replace. If outside, I can buy replacement parts. Told her if I had known it would only last 90 days I wouldn't have bought it. Her reply was that hers has worked for over 2 years. Like I care? Maybe they made them better when they weren't making so many and quality fell of the table when they started selling more?

They obviously don't stand behind their product.

For years, I have received catalogs from Spring Hill Nurseries in the mail, but I never ordered....
