Even though the product might be somewhat ok, the service (especially the support) is very unprofessional.
The team does not respect their customers. It does not take any potential customer seriously when they ask something very basic or maybe show a slight hint of disagreement. The latter one usually results in an instant ban from their chat server.
Personally I asked them the simple question why the new update of the obfuscator enforced the user to have only one instance of the program running. I was not taken seriously and got banned short after.
Speaking of weird features, the newest features that are included in the obfuscator seem to set a lot of limitations on the resulting app, far more than any other obfuscator that is out there.
The website does not support any way to reset your password to a custom one. It is only possible to generate a new 8 characters long password that is sent over e-mail in plain text.
Overal, the service feels broken and unprofessional, and the support lines are basically useless.
