Well if first impressions count, these guys are in. Provided info before I bought, shipped super quick and I a delighted with their products. I see the reviews, both + and -. Apparently, some of these people are big users $1000+ dollars, I am under $100. So maybe that is the difference. Maybe BA just can't handle big orders. Me, I am well satisfied.

The dirt: The size 3XL hoodie that was sent was more like an XL. Sleeves were 2" shorter than my 2XL. Ok, Jim was not happy.
The clean: They blew me out of the water with their response. In less than 10 minutes on the chat line, they completely turned me around and made sure I was satisfied with the resolution. Did not think companies like this existed. Thank you, Daily Sale. I will not hesitate to order from you again.

You ask if the reviews are still good on the site. Yes, I think so. But like so many things, it depends. For instance, I do not like extremely violent movies, especially if up close and personal violence is the intent of the movie. Example, movies like Star Wars where thousands of people may be killed in an attack is okay with me. You generally do not see them getting stabbed and their guts coming out of their stomach. I also do not like sexually violent movies. Sex in movies is fine as long as it is in the content of the movie and not just put there for sex in the movie We have enough violence in the real world where we do not need to see it in the movies. Clothing runs small. If the item runs on batteries, presume that the batteries do not come with it.
Get yourself a metric ruler so when they give measurements in mm or cm you know what size you are getting, Do not be deceived by the pictures. I informed Tophatter of several deceptive pictures. The one in particular was the painting of an Indian Maiden and a wolf.
The picture they had with it showed the painting being the width of a 3 cushion sofa and about 3' high. The actual size (which you need to click on the description to get was about 13 x 17. They claim it was because of how the picture was taken. Yeah, right. 2 months later the photo has not changed.

I have been fairly satisfied with the items I have received. My complaint is about the site itself. They advertise item XXX for $13, then when you select something other than small or extra small the price goes up. Example: dog collar, advertised for $13, extra large is $34.00! $21.00 for an extra 6" of leash?! The other beef I have is the shipping charges are not readily visible. For the first part, why not have it advertised as $13-$34? I feel deceived when these changes happen. If all sizes are not the advertised price, then the post should say so up front.

Never thought I would write a totally positive review about a Walmart service, but here it is. I received an email inviting me to shop at Walmart on line and pick up at the store. The ordering process was easy and I did it from home. As I headed to pick it up I thought "I will have to park in the lot and go to customer service to pick it up" Not so. I pulled in and here are 10 spaces with orange signs for pick up. Pulled in, called the number and they said they would be out with my order in 5 minutes, In less than 5 they were out and loaded my truck. They had to sub 3 items and they upgraded them and charged me the price of what I ordered, I could not have been more satisfied.
