Contacted the company after my email account could not login. They terminated the account, lost everything! With no email to the email retrieval account. Really nasty. Lost hundreds of contacts and emails.

6 months later, they keep saying the refund will come in 2 days , then over the weekend, the refund never came so I placed it in dispute, then they asked me to remove the dispute because they could not refund the money. I did as they asked, I know stupid right?, they never gave me the money back
