Don't know what to do. I have the exact same problem. Heating goes down in the middle of winter can't get a service guy for 2 weeks and told dishonestly that he was out of town (later found out he wasn't). Then I was told I had to pay $1980 for the service call because it took nearly 8 hrs. Last time I checked 9 AM - 3:30 PM was 6 1/2 but even at 8 hrs does anyone charge $225/hr? Sick of being jerked around and will NEVER do business with Total Energy Concepts again.
