Called the number *******645 the number given to place a pickup order from Chipotle 1258 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ *******. Place my order and charged it to my credit card. When I arrived at the restaurant and was told they had no such order and were extremely rude and would not even listen to me. I checked my credit card and a charge from them of $30.07 was charged to my card. The people in the restaurant could careless. I tried to get assistance from the customer service PEPPER, which is really a computer system that does not help you at all. Was never able to contact a human person. Even tried to contact the restaurant again. Told I was being connect, just rings and rings then get a message enter your remote contact number and disconnects you. Went to this restaurant because they were hosting a fundraiser for my grandchild's school, Silver Bay school in Toms River. I will make sure that the school is notified and every school in the area to never never never use or trust this place ever again. BBB will be notified.
