Item was "sent" weeks and weeks later than promised, was back ordered and I was ok with that. On tracking seems it was delivered to my friends place (it was a gift for her), but she didn't received anything. She lives in a rural area, very little chance of it getting stolen. Customer service is very responsive, but they just stick to their story that item is delivered. :(
