These people are the WORST. First they cancel my order for unknown reasons with no notifications what so ever. When i tried to resolve this issue & their customer service was slow, uninformed and rude. Then they told me that my account was on hold for credit card verification. Which is messed up because they should have verified my card through the first purchase i made. Not the 10th. So i follow their prompts to the letter. Even providing a picture of my face with my card. And after being ignored for almost a full TWO DAYS of messaging with no reply what so ever, they turn around and claim i never sent them my information. These people have taken my credit information, asked for pitures with sensitive information on it ( which i declined and only sent pictures without my cards cvv) and are now telling me that i never gave them any information. Im extremely worried now that my card will be frauded by this company. I would advise EVERYONE to stay clear of this company as it's shady dealings have left me with fear for my personal information being used half way across the world by a chinese company that isn't willing to help you actually resolve your issues. I have pictures if anyone wishes to see them before i bring this to my lawyer. I feel as though i should take legal action before they are able to fraud my account.

We checked that your order was canceled since it was not verified. Your refund was already completed on 2018-07-19 05:22. Usually, your refund will be completed by your bank within 3-7 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank to check in their reversal system whether there is a refund record from China in USD. If not, please request your card issuing bank to contact (VISA/AMEX/MASTERCARD) to check the record.

It also seems that our Safety Center made some limitations on your account, so there's no option to pay for the order using a credit card.
