I placed an order, but few days before payment went through i notice the address was wrong. Straigh away i send email that address is wrong before payment went though + change address to correct one on their webside + next day contact support that address was wrong. They told me it is too late ( which was not to late as my parcel was not even send yet) = nobody looked at my email... They told me to contact delivery company... They send, parcel from Germany to Ireland on the wrong address. Good selection of products but poor customer service. Good people from Irish Anpost helped me to direct my parcel, everything is easy if you're willing to help.
