If you need to have the driving lessons done within the year you have a permit. Use someone that has the capacity to accommodate. This company will gladly bill you for three sessions and then they will not have the availability to get anyone on a schedule. Furthermore, they do not reply to voice-mail, only email will be responded to slightly (about half).
Find a better or private company that can do the work.
This place sucks for customer service when ups says they delivered my purchase, yet it was never dropped off at my house.
I told them that my cameras would have captured the package being dropped off. Which they never did.
I have gone back and forth with wish and ups neither one is willing to look at this properly.

Hi Jake, we apologize for your experience. PettyGigs is a tech startup based in Charlotte, NC. We launched in July 2021 and are currently only active in Charlotte and surrounding areas. The primary goal of PettyGigs is to create opportunities for teens and college students (Giggers) looking to earn money in flexible environment by providing short term services and errands to busy professionals and elderly people looking for help (Gig Posters). We prioritize safety for both sides of the marketplace by performing comprehensive background checks for all adult Giggers, obtaining parental consent for all non-adult Giggers, and performing ID verification and registered sex offenders checks for all Gig Posters. The privacy of our customers is very critical and because of that, we partner with world-class companies for background checks and ID verification and do not store any sensitive data in our systems. Although we perform background checks for our Giggers as part of the onboarding process, this step can be skipped for later when the Gigger first attempts to accept a gig.
Although we are only active in Charlotte, NC the app is available for download in all 50 states and we do notify customers outside of the service areas that we are not yet in their area. As we grow, we will expand to all major cities in the US and are hoping to be available in your area soon. Again, we sincerely apologize for your experience.
I booked 4 tickets with these folks then was immediately called to pay extra for a seating plan so that my family can sit with each other. When I told the representative that I would just like to cancel he tried to just sell it more. When finally transferred to cancellation rep, he in turn told me that there would be a $50 cancellation fee for each ticket (Not 5 minutes after booking).
I don't know where they come off being a giant turd.

Jake, the flights you booked were on Spirit airlines, Spirit does charge for pre-assign seating, and with you traveling over the xmas holiday we do call and assist the customer in booking seats to make sure they have no issues at the airport. Our apologies for the inconvenience, our intentions were to make a stressful travel period easier.
