I too placed an order over a week ago and have yet to receive any shipping/tracking info... I reached out to customer service and this was their response:
Hey there,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to view any previous Nasty Gal orders.
Don't worry though, we are looking in to this.
Please allow up to 48-72 hours for us to have all the info we need.
If you get back in touch after this time-frame, I'll be more than happy to assist you further.
If you need anything else in the meantime, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

I'm disputing this transaction with my bank if I don't hear back. I suggest everyone else do the same. Good luck.
