I have ordered from mr porter numerous times and have been very pleased. Best online shopping experience to date. Great service and very reliable deliveries.

Great selection of clothing, however shipping and delivery is unreliable. I ordered a shirt (on sale) and without any notification whatsoever, it never arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told they had "sold out". If you have the choice, opt for a more reliable online shopping experience, such as with Mr Porter.
Tip for consumers:
If you're based in the EU, choose a more reliable site and friendlier customer service by ordering from the UK. In my experience, Germans still haven't understood what customer-oriented service really means.
