I booked cancellation insurance with them
And after 2 hours of calls and chats and headaches, still nothing was resolved.
They're a scam and try to give you as much trouble as possibly to cancel a booking, so you will give up.

Fake scammers, Need o cancel my card now. You need to fill out 4 surveys and still no access to my account. Cant cancel membership. What a mess
