I ordered "BLONDE" extensions and after 2 MONTHS received "BROWN" extensions. I contacted them by email, since no phone number is available. They are in China, so the each time you email, you have to wait at least one day for a response. They told me I had to send the hair back to China in order to get a refund. They lied and told me they would reimburse me for the $28 shipping cost. Once they received the hair, they DEDUCTED a 15% fee and did NOT reimburse for my shipping cost. In conclusion, I ordered hair, got NOTHING and was ripped off $68. They made the error and I ended up paying for it!:-(
