It is not possible for the measurements to change automatically between the starting and the Cart page. Note that our product pages are dynamic since the price is updated instantly based on the selections you make. If you use the 'Back' button on your browser to navigate to the previous page, it will reload the page and hence reset it to the default values. Instead, you can add the item to your Cart and then click on Edit to make required changes. A summary of the items in your cart appears on every page of the order process.
