I purchased a pair of shoes from Armani.com and supposedly the sole was leather, and not paper, which is exactly what the soles were composed of. Armani offered to repair the shoes since they were worn only once, for about two hours. To this day, June 14, four months, no shoes, no response from Armani; just emails with statement that they are working on this problem. I understand that there will be a delay due to covid, but their poor service is inexcusable.
