I have placed 2 orders from them in the past few months. They take forever to ship, and keep cancelling items although they are still available online. They have also missed items when processing my return.

Don't waste your time or money.

DO NO ORDER** I placed an order during the Black Friday sale for several items 90% off. I emailed several times and was assured they were behind but they would ship. After 6 weeks they cancelled my order (without any notification). Many of the items I ordered are still available but no longer on sale. Looks to me like they just decided not to honor the sale prices. Maybe it was just a ploy to get people to order other stuff. **Not a company worth buying from**

Go elsewhere. You can get exactly the same items from better online retailers

Not one item in my order was sent of 27 items. That's why I know it was a bait and switch. Now the same items are no longer on sale and they won't honor the black friday sale prices
We needed to get our AC unit repaired back in June. We have American Home Shield (which is a huge waste of money) and they referred us to Dempsy Energy. They were very unprofessional and inexperienced. Over the course of two months they came 3 times, overcharged my system which caused it to seize and then they tried to sell me a new one. I tried to get a refund but the office staff was rude and unprofessional. I got someone else to come and look at it and it was fixed in less than an hour.
