Where to begin with this ridiculous company? How about the fact that they are literally selling this same exact cameras as Wyze, only difference is they jack the price up about four times as much LOL their software is absolutely horrible. Their customer service is ridiculous. They're pretty much failing as a company. Do not buy their products because they're not going to have a Company to provide any kind of support or update their system very soon with the way they're going. They are a huge joke. I wasted so much money on these crappy products. They never work. And then when you try and get help from their so-called "customer service" they act like they're doing you some huge favor. This is no joke what they asked me to do to fix one of their almost $200 camera is that cost only $45 with Wyze

It's like are you kidding me? I have no problems with the exact same camera I purchased from Wyze, which is on the same exact network. On the same exact phone. They literally ask you to give them a bunch of your private information. Not much of a security company if you ask me

See below: ( this is specifically what they asked for)
Can you please download the following application when you are connected to the same network as your iSmartAlarm system to help me analyze what may be causing your problems:

Please download the RouteThis Helps app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
When you download the app, open it and enter the iSmartAlarm specific code: "ALRM"
Please place your device next to the iSmartAlarm product you are experiencing issues with.
Once the scan is complete, please give me the Key code that is displayed after the scan is complete.

Can you please provide the following information so that I may be better able to assist you:

1.) Camera MAC ID. (Should be on the bottom or back of the camera)
2.) Type of smartphone you are using and the version of OS it is running.
3.) Make and model of your router.
4.) Who is your ISP?
5.) How far is the camera from your router?
6.) What is the status LED on the front or back of the camera doing?

Additionally, can you unplug the camera from the power and then unplug your modem and router from their power for 10-15 seconds, then plug them back in and let them reboot.

Once the modem and router have rebooted, plug the camera back in and let it reboot. Once the camera has rebooted, turn the Wi-Fi off on your phone and see if you can get a picture from the camera.
