We do our best to police the business adverts that are listed on our website and we are always looking to improve our vetting of business adverts that are listed with us.

Every time an interested buyer enquires on our website, one member of our admin team will check to make sure it is not spam. However we are not able to prevent timewasters and we do recommend sellers use due diligence when contacting interested buyers.
