We signed with this company, had an excellent inspection, was well past their due diligence period, when they pulled their offer. This left us kinda stranded. We are currently meeting with a real estate lawyer regarding breach of contract. Their word is worthless. This Arizona company seems to be the new predatory scam for people wanting to sell their home. After the denial phone call from this joke, they gave our name and number to one of their so called investors who offered us 85,000.00 less. These people are scum and best be avoided. We live in lake Las Vegas in a fairy new home, so condition of the dwelling was not an issue.
