Localtill.com is just about one of the dodgiest ways to send money online. You wire them cash (they only take cash?!) and then they send it to whomever. Sound like a scam? You betcha. But if you want to buy bitcoins and other "non-traditional" things, localtill is one of the few ways to do it.

Bitfloor.com is an online exchange / trading platform for bitcoins. As far as I can tell it's one of the bigger ones and so far at least doesn't seem to be a scam. Get your bitcoins before the whole thing blows up as the farce it likely will end up being.
