First puchase (Dec 2011) went fine but my recent purchase (SD/5/2015/*******) last 10th May was a complete disaster. Bought it as a gift for out 28th May Anniversary and unfortunately today is 21st of June and nothing has bappened.
Initial contact with their customer service was to request ETA and refund process,,, what i get is BS promise. Succeeding communication was for refund coz they could not deliver it on time... what is get is BS promise. And lately they even...
"Your earrings are ready, hence we will be giving the same to our clearing agent on 16th definitely. Once we get the airway bill No we shall mail you the same"... five days later (21st) haven't heard from them.
Filed a complaint via Paypal. And regretted purchasing from them. They are a bunch on liars and does not understand a word 'REFUND'.
