UIS C. – Universal Immigration Services Canada Rep
Hi Jack,
We will repeat our response from your previous review:
You contacted us about applying for a Working Holiday Visa. We informed you by phone and in writing about our services and costs, which you purchased and signed for.
On September 10th, 2019 we submitted your Working Holiday Visa application. On September 12th you got a visa approval. We informed you about the governments' request to complete just 2 more documents: biometrics and travel records. Once you would have done that, you would have been able to travel to Canada.
However, we never received those documents from you. We reached out to you 9 times until mid-October without any response. By October 15th, you sent us an email requesting a refund because the process required, in your own words, "too much paperwork and hassle".
We tried reaching out to you again about your request. We contacted you 12 times from October 15th to November. By November 6th, 2019 you responded with another email requesting a refund, this time because you changed your mind about ever going to Canada.
From that point forward we could not reach you again until January 2020, when you replied to us with the same request for a refund but this time it was due to health issues.
We wrote to you that due to your visa application being submitted and receiving the full extent of the services you are not eligible for a refund.
If you encountered any other issues with our services, you can contact our support team here: support@uiscanada.com, and we would be happy to assist you. However, we hope that you consider removing your review as it is an unfair judgment of our services.
Many thanks,
UIS Canada
