I think reverse mortgages are bad for most seniors. The fees and expenses are too high and there is too much risk they will lose their home. Any senior or family considering a reverse mortgage should read all these articles first:

I looked into one of these reverse mortgages for my mom and dad and did not like what I found. The fees are out of this world.
