Horrible, horrible "company"! If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I ordered 3 items from their website back in January - a shirt, a pair of pants and a skirt; I received the pants and shirt a few weeks later, DAMAGED. They both had fraying all over making them completely unwearable. I contacted them and was informed that I could return the items but would be responsible for shipping cost to China OR I could keep them (and what, use them as rags?) and they would refund me with STORE CREDIT... HAHA Yeah, no! Like I'm ever buying from you again! So, after several not so nice emails, they agreed to return 20% of my purchase price to my credit card. Okay, still not great but I guess it's better than nothing.
I waited and waited hoping to get the 3rd and final piece of my order (the skirt) and that it would work out and restore some of my faith in this company... and I waited... and waited some more... and finally, today, after almost 3 months, the skirt arrives.
1. Unfortunately there's fraying on this one, too
2. It's not even the same product that I ordered. Yes, it's a skirt BUT the fabric looks nothing like shown in the pictures and the design pattern was completely different than pictured.
UPDATE: 4/15/16:
After writing this review Dresslily contacted me about my problem. They offered to refund me $20.00, which I quickly accepted. I was asked to update me review in which I replied that I'd be happy to do so once payment posted back to my credit card. It finally came through.
I'm happy that they decided to try and make this awful experience somewhat right but I'm still bummed that I have no clothes to show for it; when I had fallen in love with what I THOUGHT I was going to get. All in all I'm still out about $5 (after an initial $5 refund and now the $20 refund) but I guess it's better than nothing.
