I've tried Publix delivery using Instacart 7 times and I've yet to receive a correct order. Most of the time it's getting charged for an item I didn't receive or getting one of a Buy One Get One Free. I also ordered a lettuce and got a cabbage, ordered fat free milk and got 2% milk, ordered sugar free products and got the item with sugar and more. Today my order was missing the Boars Head Deli Roast Beef but I was charged $6.10 for it. I also only got one of the Weight Watchers Ice Cream bars and it was BOGO. The other odd thing was that half the items I ordered were not in stock. I order from them because I'm too busy to go myself and then I have to go anyway to return items or exchange something. This time I have to go because half my order was missing.

I purchased and item that was described as "wearable/Resaleable" and the item is defective. I contacted them to return the item and they refused to take it back. The amber pendant is full of cracks and covered in scratches on the outside. If you buy from them think of your spent money as a donation.

I purchased a birthday gift for someone at William Sonoma Online with a delivery date of 11/22, it never arrived. I called them today to follow up and found out that they were out of the item but they never contacted me to tell me. Now I will have no birthday gift for a very important person. I will never buy from them they are too unreliable.
