I made a purchase with this company and the payment went through but it showed that I didn't order anything! I'm fighting to try and get my money back now... DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Might I suggest a class action lawsuit? I was told that if I close my BTR account that my credit on the account will be gone... I call that theft!
