I ordered a human hair with highlights and lowlights. I received a very cheap looking synthetic hair wig that was all one color. Several of the hairs fell out so I tried a lighter and they melted even though the order says remy human hair. Don't buy from them. When I ask for the return address and full refund they keep asking me to try the wig on again "my family will love it."
I have contacted my bank to reverse the charges.
