Spent $$$$ on a pair diamond earrings and they sent a complete different pair/brand; called three times to return and talked to many specialists, no one can help me. It was close to 3K. They don`t care, they just want to take your money, I still do not have my refund. Not a trustworthy company, do not purchase from them.

They took my money, and ran. They said they gave me a refund but I havent received it and it`s been two months. I contacted them so so so many times and they never responded.

Sent in things worth over $1000 and payout was $6.50. Because the shipping was also about $6.50 they magically reduced my overall payout to $0. You tell me if it's a scam or not.
