The online shopping interface is a nightmare! After stalling in the order process multiple times (screens freezing, not progressing, etc.), it looked like my order went through, but I never received a confirmation email. Three days later, I placed the same order--no email. A week later, both gift cards arrived and were charged to my account. Found out this morning that I cannot return the duplicate item.
