LightInTheBox April 4,2020: "We like to inform you, that we have received you payment (abt. EUR 180,-) and your order number #******* is under process". By now April 8th just silence without any notice about the delivery. When I check the delivery status I got an answer "You have not placed an order". What does this mean? Is LightInThe Box going to keep the money and leave me without ordered and paid goods? I am very surprised and disappointed!
