Solid products with meh customer service. Overall I'm satisfied, but there is definitely room for improvement on Saberforge's part.
Because I like their products.
Really good products, and decent (if a bit slow) customer service. The only thing holding me back from giving a 5 star rating is the extreme amount of money Saberforge charges for shipping. Otherwise, I have no complaints at all.

Some accessories are out of stock that I would have preferred, specifically blade plugs.
