I purchased an adapter and a subscription with mycarley which is a company that makes ODBM readers/writers for BMW's. After a year of usage the value of the subscription was not there since it's about $80 a year. So I decided to cancel. However, the company doesn't provide the option to cancel your services online, you have to email the notified them. So I open a ticket to cancel my services. I didn't get a response at all. After a few days my credit card got changed with a subscription renewal. I ask to cancel the subscription because I had submitted a ticket to cancel already. The company replied right away staying that I did follow their procedures even though I did. Also, if I didn't follow procedures they should hVe the curtesy to inform me with the ticket I had open but they didn't. They can keep my subscription money I don't care! They've lost a customer and hopefully this post helps others by staying away from mycarley.
